Sir,
The concept of irretrievable breakdown of marriage has already been discussed by the apex court of india in several judgements. The court has recommended the parliament to bring in a suitable amendment in the Hindu marriage Act,1955 ,to makethe irretrievable breakdown of marriage as one of the grounds od divorce. But the amendment has not been effected so far since the bill remains without any progress.
