1) Can an Irrevocable will be made for a self acquired immovable property and got it registered ?
2) What are the valid leagal points to be mentioned while preparing an irrevocable will in India ?
3) Can a will be get registered in any Sub-registrar office in India, irrespective of the location of the property or only in the Sub-Registrar office whic falls in the jurisdiction of the locality of the property?
4) Should a will be signed by all leagal heirs of the property
