In general i wanted to know if breaking up in a relation a crime?if a boy and a girl go around together,have or have not physical intimacy,then after few months or a year if one of them breaks up a relation,will it attract Breach of promise/trust?what would be the consequences? continuing or breaking up a relation or marriage is ones own choice right?

if the girl complians that you have cheated her after promising her to marry then u r in a soup. thus relationship without any committments is better

What if a boy friend promises marriage, talks to your parents, enjoys s*xual itimacy and then cheats on her? Is their any law in such case to punish such crime?
