Please suggest and clarifiy on the following matter
If a Person is a director in a Pvt ltd company and founder member as Director/Share Holder , getting his Salary since begining when company started He is also getting is Form 16 A and TDS Deductions regulary. Will He eligible for his gratuity after giving his 9-10 years of services to company and submitted his resignation with Intimation to ROC.
1. After his resignation can he claim gartuity from the Company and if any other benefits from the company...
Please advise and assist...
