Is divorce a good decision

yup. but i will not give him a divorce easily. i m just 24 years . so i dont care about facing a long trouble. i 'll just give him a divorce on the ground of cruelty.

sweets even im 24 yrs..but still we could be wise at any age..

Now a days living seperately when inlaws are harrasing is not a blame or crime. spouse should be convinced tactfully that it is in the interest of both. In fact to live seperately is now a days trend. However  there should be capacity to purchase the flat or take it on rent. If it is managable then O.K. It is a good alternative for divorce. Judges should suggest accordingly instead of passing order of divorce by taking into account the facts and circumstances of each case,  for social good.
