A person who registered as a member of state bar council as an advocate and also a member of State High Court Bar Association, but not doing daily practice in court, but running a consultancy business namely XYZ Company, where he/she provides Taxation and Legal Services, like income tax, service tax, VAT and Legal Advice, is he/she liable for service tax?
Can an Advocate/Lawyer do so……………
