1.I am a tenant since 30 years.I got to know sometime back that the owner sold it to the another person.
2.Rent of June & july has been send to the owner.But he refused to encash it saying he sold the property & DD will be sent back.
3.I dont know the name of new owner.Also it is a big dillemma that how would i know that registry is completed OR not ??
4.I asked the owner to provide the details in writing the OR provide the copy of the Registery.
The big question is where shall i pay rent now ?? The owner asking me to send it to the new owner which we dont even know ?? please help me out.
