Is it could be shown in notice cum demand note

Dear Sir / Madam


I have to issue a demand note cum Legal Notice to my clients borrower is is a Ltd, listed company, could i mention the notice under informcement of THE SECURITISATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF FINANCIAL
ASSESTS AND ENFORCEMENT OF SECURITY INTEREST ACT, 2002.

Please suggest.

Read the provisions of Sarfaesi Act 2002 & decide for u r self. Because the question asked by u is incomplete.
