Is it good move to send divorce notice when 498a&dv is pendi

Dear Experts,

Seeking your advise here where my wfe deson't have any intention to come and joing with.All medations are failed.is it good move if i send divorce notice to my wife even when 498A and DV is pending.

Relations ship now beyond reconciliaton from her side.

pls advise will there be any adverse impact ongoing 498A and DV if i send Divorce notice and file the counter case.

why dont you go for mutual divorce and get 498 a and dv queshed on the basis of compromise.

it will save presious time of both of u and court.

OTHERWISE THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN FILING DIVORCE BY YOU.

Thanks for update.

she is not showiing any kind of interest For MCD and gor 498A and DV quash.Her and parenst are thnking that they can put be behind bar's.i ahve tried to make them understand with HC lawers but still they are not listining at all.

Hence i am loking to send divorce notice.
