One one person has agreed to do something, say confess about the stuff to clear my name, but then he/she backed off and I call and text them again and again to ask what happned ?/why are you backing off?/i want you to confess so that i can be absolved of my name..?.
Can that person still file a case for calling or texting them ?
P.S : That person has blocked me and I called and texted from many diffrent numbers.
But it has been two months I havent made a call or text to him/her. Can a case be filled ?
