Is it legally permissible!!!!!!!!!

Dear All,

I have come across an Advertisement in a local public Magazine which contained the Advertisements by and on behalf of the Commercial Establishments, Offices, Shops etc.  In the same magazine two individuals with their names and phone numbers put on a full page Advertisement offering "FREE LEGAL ADVICE"  My querry to the esteemed members and fellow collegues is whether in view of the Advocates Act is it permissible to give such Advertisement (which may tantamount to solicitation) more so these two individuals have put forth only their names and phone numbers as such it is not clear whether they are registered legal practitioners/Advocates and or are entittled to render "Legal Advice" even free.  What illegality has been caused by this voluntary act and what action is possible against such individuals.

Thanking in advance

Best Regards

Daksh
