I wanted to know if it is mandatory as per the LAW for Housing Society to send copy of Society Meeting (AGM, SGM & MC) Minutes to the Registrar Office and the Housing Federation Office ?
I will be grateful if you could qoute any section of the Bye Laws or MCS Act etc that makes this mandatory?
