My wife had filled a false 498a case on me . I got bail. It has been 4 months since FIR was filed. Chargesheet is not yet filed by police.My FIL is a state government(AP) employee . I wanted to file a RTI to the department regarding dowry decleartion,pay scale etc. So before chargesheet if I do file that RTI. Will it impact my case in any way like my FIL managing with police to change the content in FIR etc or in chargesheet?
