Is it possible ?

Hi,

One of our Civil case is going in tis hazari court and on last hearing judge was on leave and we were being told that he is on a medical leave and were given february date. But, now judge is back and no longer on a medical leave so can is there anyway through which we can request him for an early date as my mother is 56 years old and case is in her name only. (landlord-tenant case)

Oh yes it is very much possible.

Now every Court room in
Tis Hazari Court
complex has a Notice pasted either at Court room’s door or above Readers Wall about Senior Citizens case should be heard first thing before other cases are listed on Board.

Hence file an Urgency hearing application citing reason of her senior citizen age via hired Advocate. It will be shifted to an earlier date once Notice to opposite party is also served.
