Is it possible to contest against will

Hi,

I need clarification, whether its possible to contest against a will written  by grand mother.

My Grand Mother(My Mother's Mother) died on 2010, we came to know that she has written a will on the property of 1 acre land to my uncle's son.

My Grand Father of age 90 is staying with us, since my uncle not taking care of him.  Could you please clarrify whether is their any porvision in law , so that either my Grand Father or My Mother could contest against the will. to get their right full share.

Thank you,

.

IF THE LAND IS NAME OF YOUR GRAND MOTHER THEN U CAN NOT CHALLANGE THE WILL.

Dear Sir,

Case pertains to jurisdiction of State of Karnataka. My grandfather in his life time made a WILL and also got it registered. The WILL states that " I have given my daughters in marriage their due and as such will not have any share in the property".  Being land/property disputes is a State matter, can the Court overrule the wordings of the WILL and give equal share to daughters also?
