Is it possible to quash annulment case?

Wife filed for annulment on ground of impotency of husband one month after marriage.

She submitted virginity certificate at evidence stage.

Now, without mentioning about husband's impotency, just ask for annulment on non-consumation of marriage.

She is not taking any steps to prove impotency and other allegations in her petition.

So, can i file application to quash her petition for annulment ?

@ Sonu - I understand that you would be hurt by the Impotency charges that have been levied against you by your wife but I dont think you should go for Quashing. Let her prove her charges just by submitting a virginity certificate its not proved that husband is impotent.

Let the proceedings continue and when time comes you may provide your potency certificate by taking a direction from court for such a test. why are you in a hurry let time pass and defend your case.
