Hi, I got married to my 1st cousin six months back, but we never registered this marriage. We just signed the register in the mosque and we have a letter from mosque saying that my marriage happened on this particular date
Now my wife is alleging a set of fake cases against me including 498A, 406 etc.
1. Is this marriage valid?
2. Can I file for annulment of this marriage?

according to muslim law the marriage is valid and you can not filed any case for annulment of marriageon this ground

according to hindu law the marriage is void abinitio and you can filed a case for annulment of marriage
