I got biweekly visitation of my son as a final order in my GWOP.I went for a CMA in Chennai HC to modify it as weekend custody.My son(5.5 yrs) is now very much attached during visiting hours.
But in front of Judge ( and his mom), he couldn't speak because he has been tutored by his mom.
All the acts like JJ, UNCRC,Law commission Report 257, visitation plan approved by HC of HP and Maharashtra emphasize weekend custody of a child.I know we can go for SLP or Appeal in Apex court.
Now If I don't get weekend custody, Shall I go for second Appeal in same HC.And what are all the provisions available for second Appeal in a CMA
