Is streedhan taken into account while quoting a maintenance?
My wife left with 6 lacs jewellery. I have will have no house, if my parents disown me. Will that amount will be considered while passing out maintence judgement?
I am working in bpo, where salary and jobs are not fixed. MY Average salary is 15 thousand.
