Is the gpa invalid?

Dear Sir/,madam,
The GPA was executed which included several rights including sale of property in HOSUR Tamil Nadu. The property was inherited from grandfather who passed away without any will. He had only one child and 4 grand daughters. One of the grand-daughters has not signed the GPA. Furthermore, this GPA was used to execute the sale deed without the consent of the people who had signed the GPA  (3 grand daughters and daughter). Now that one of the Grand-Daughters has not signed the GPA, is the GPA valid? also, is the sale deed that was executed using this GPA valid?

Please enlighten

What is the context in which the GPA was executed? When? Please post complete facts.

Whether executant (Principal) of the GPA is alive or died?

Who is appointed attorney (agent) by the executant of GPA ?

What is the locus / concerc / connection / relation / relevancy of said objector to subject GPA i.e., non-signing grand-daughter.

The GPA is valid during life time of grantor/ executant.

Relevant facts are missing from the query accordingly it is not practical to form proper opinion and oblige. It is advised to consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant documents for analses and guidance.
