Does the Engagement hold a legal status? Is there any law for engagement? To break engagement?
It is necessary that after break down of engagement to sign on stamp paper. One of the parties doesn’t want to sign then the other can force to sign on paper. If the other is insist to sign the paper then what action should be taken?
