Is there any provision of rejoinder to Oral arguments?

One of the party begins arguments ..... and concludes

Then another party replies to arguments ... and also addresses the court generally onthe whole case

Then party beginning may address the court generally.

Is there any provision of rejoinder arguments in CPC or is it discretionary on court?
