Sir I was Selected in MBBS in 2010 batch under all India quota seat and taken admission in utterakhand medical college Haldwani .
At the time of admission Utterakhand government signed a 5 year Rural service bond (30 lacks damage) but sir according to a case of Kerala I have filled a case in utterakhand high court after completing the MBBS course,But utterakhand high court dismissed the case .
So sir please help me that is it necessary to do 5 year rural Servis bond?
if not then what we should do to avoid it because I want prepare for my pg exams .If it is not necessary to do bond for all India quota then should we go supreme court?? What chances will be in my favour?
