Is there Rising Indiscipline and scams in Indian Armed Forces?

Why don't you cite a few examples or statistics so that this discussion can be fact based instead of opinion based.
I have read about India being a big arms buyer and many such deals have been tainted. But whether such instances are on the rise I cannot say.

Very Bad....

Rather You should have been seen concerned on the very existance of corruption and not on the ' corruption on the rise'!!!!!!

Corruption has become a headache for politicians !!!

Why? ........................ Becaue now a days ............ EVERYBODY is into it  .................. and it is like a social norm and custom!!

Right from vegetable, grocery, milk, medicines to rails and roads and bridges, airplanes and pilots !!!

They are worried that while they are travelling in airplace ...........  what if a pilot got a fake licence by Corruption!!!

In short   ............................ they want everybody else to be honest and law abiding except themselves!!!!

'Standing in a queue' is beneficial to whom? .........

Answer: -  To those who always jump the queue!!!

Initially .......... hardly 10 out of 100 used to jump in the queue  ............ And rest of 90 used to follow the law and order et cetra!!!! ......

But now a days ...............90 out of 100 ............. are jumping the queue and pushing in ...!!!

Hence it has become a headache to old stalwarts ........ the professional jumpers !!!!
