Is this ia maintainable?

Girl has filed divorce petition with false allegations against her husband with a only prayer of granting divorce. Her DV petition in another court with same false allegations has been dismissed since her husband prooved her allegations as false. She filed IA for IM for her and the girl child in the court where she filed for divorce and an amount of each Rs 10000 totaling Rs 20000 per month was ordeted. The husband filed a memo in the court, where her divorce petion is pending, for accepting to grant divorce without accepting her false allegations. When the court refered this memo to the girl, she filed an IA praying for Rs 3 crores as alimony. Is this IA maintainable when already the husband filed memo for accepting divorce which was her original prayer?
