Is this legal Court of Indian Law

Hi Experts,

Can a Manager of a Private limited firm start his own Pvt Ltd firm and be one of the Director of the Board.

If he is a member of the Board and not a active member of the firm which he has started. and should he resign his Directorship to work as a Manager or should he resign his current job before he needs to become an active member of this own firm. Is this legal or not. Kindly suggest in this regards....

Is this illegal if a employee of a different company start his own Private firm and be a director before resigning his current job.

There is no such illigality to become director. But director should be aware of his relation with the company which is of trust and so he should not be in conflict of interest with the company.
