Is this sale through gpa valid?

I want to buy this HUDA property (built-up) in Gurgaon.

The property owner is Mr. A who has give GPA to Mr. B. The GPA is dated 10-Nov-2k11.

Now, if i go through Supreme Court Verdict, GPAs have become invalid after 11-OCT-2011. But still, as i went to HUDA office and inquired, they told me Property transfer through GPA is still valid.

Should i go for it?

GPA transfers have been outlawed - A Sale Deed is what is required under the law. Ask the HUDA people to give in writing that they accept GPA's for mutation. In all probability they won't - file a RTI to be sure.
