I have a case against me under IPC section 353, 323 for slapping a govt officer.
I am in need of new passport as the company I joined continuously send the employees for onsite works which is always out of India.
please guide how can I get it.
What is the present status of the case? Moreover, a pending case does not entail that a passport cannot be issued.
