Issue related to daily cause lists in high court

Hi,

We have daily cause lists which are issued in high court. What happens if a issue/cause is not heard.

Now, i have a case/issue which is being postponed to the next day every day for the past one week.

We need to go to court every day and at end of day we come back and this keeps repeating for the last one week.

What happens - Will they re-schedule the case at a later date?

Thanks,

Learning

There are lakhs of cases pending in HC. Your advocate should mention before the hearing starts so tht judge can take after lunch..

There are lakhs of cases pending in HC and each judge takes own time for each case. Your advocate should take lunch motion before the hearing starts so tht judge can take after lunch..
