Dear Sir/Madam,
I am planning to buy a flat (resale) in bangalore. Owner has said that he has "Katha B" for the flat. On further enquiry he said builder has built pent house on top floor and hence unable to get "Katha A".
Is it correct that pent house on top floor can create problem with getting "Katha A".
Can I still go ahead with this flat? Is it safe?
Is it still possible to get "Katha A" for such a property? What I have to do in such a case?
