IT act 66 a

A case was filed on me under section 66 a which is under trial now
but as supreme court strikes down the above section 66 a so should I get any remedy on behalf of it or should I go for any quashing or writ etc

If you have ample justification to justify that complaint under section 66A of the IT Act has been filed against you and despite the Learned Court is proceeding with the case even after being made aware of its struck down, please file a Writ of Certiorari before the concerned High Court before the final order is passed.

Aside, if the complaint is made under section 66A and other sections too, the writ may not be fruitful!

Sir,
there were more sections and it was a complaint case passed by CJM court but other all sections were removed by the investigating officer in chargesheet
