Its possible if v settle divorce out of court

We both party agree to have divorce but we have some reason we cant wait for 6 months, so pls let me suggest what is other way to have early divorce?

And its possible to have divorce mutually out of court just a written n stamp paper and notry that infornt of lawyer with both the party and we can go ahead ???

Kibdly suggest the right way am loosing my job so cant wait so long

MCD order compulsory from the family courts only. No other way.

Court can grant divorce by mutual consent also before expiary of six month. The period of six months is not mandatory period. The parties have to satisfy the court that there is no possibility of settllement between the parties. If u need specific case law i can give u in the evening.
