I was employee of cbec in general category and relieved on 26.12.2014 and join Sbi on 29.12.2014 as obc candidate. SC cancel jat reservation notification from its inception i.e. 4.3.2014 setting it aside and quashed on 17.03.2015. Now SBI is terminating us on that judgment. Will I get justice either by staying in Sbi or at least putting me to same situation I.e. Previous job as I have no fault, it is govt of India and its department who have done that and bcoz of that my career has been destroyed.
