JDA and GPA

Hi

I have got a Flat from a builder. The Builder has signed a Joint Development Agreement with the Land Owner. The LandOwner has given a General Power of Attorney to the builder. The Apartment has 40 Flats 30 Belongs to the builder and 10 flats belong to the Land Owner. I have bought a flat belong to the Builder.  I have signed the Agreement of sale and Agreement to build on June First week. The Land Owner who has given GPA to the builder has passed away on June second week .

What will be my Problem while going to the Registration of my flat ?

Whether the builder has to get a New General Power of Attorney from the Children of the Land owner who passed away ?

Kindly suggest me the details what I must insist the builders to do from their end.

Thanks
