Jewellary legai heir

thanks for giving me clarifications for my earlier queries.

my husband who passed away due to cardiac arrest january this year. He pledged my jewelleries (100 sovereigns) in a private bank which was gifted by my parents at that time of our marriage. pledged money was utilized by my husband for the purchase of a house in  which My inlaws claiming their share  and they are asking share in jewellaries also. My son is minor who is 13 years old

pls suggest me the following

1. whether their noc is required to release the jewellaries from the bank as it is pledged in his name

2. can they claim share in my jewellaries because this the only asset iam having for my sons future

3. can i file any suit for the recovery of it

2.the sreedhan given to a woman is considered to be her absolute property and no one can claim it to be theirs.

3.yes if they are not ready to give it back to you
