I have been working as a Sales Director in multinational company based in USA. CEO and Chairman is NRI leaving in USA for last 25 years. CEO called me & told me not to come in company as I didn't want to get involve in legal & criminal cases against company by former employees as it didn't come under my Sales job profile. Then afterwards he marked me quit from the job without any legal notice. Kindly advice me if I can sue the employer in USA from India for the loses caused due to this..
