Dear Sir,
My question is we have our land that is our family house. my father is 4 brother. my uncle sold some parts of land to my neighbour for road purpose. whenever my grandfather make 4 room to evevry son. this means sold property is joint. IS it legal if legal than give me under which section it is right. IF illiegal than which rule it is wrong. Can joint land should be sell by one partner indipandetly ?
