I have a house in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The house registered on my mother's name and my name also (joint). I need the following information:
1--How to transfer the whole property on my name?
2--I have two sisters, is it need to acquire signatures from them while transferring the property?
3—Since the property is on joint with my mother, will the daughters have right to claim on this property.
4—is it required for my mother to be personally present at the registrar office where the property for initially registered ? or is it possible to register the property anywhere now (I heard that now online registration available throughout the state)?
