Joint venture

We gone into joint development agreement with developer, in the agreement there meant to us ground floor and third floor for us, but in presently there construted for us first and fourth floor..... There is any dispute in future. But in agreement there not told fourth floor

You need to amend the Agrement and or make a supplementary agreement otherwise it would be serious problem anytime,

Look whether fourth floor was approved the construction,  Who is having rights floor and how many floors are agreed during agreement ?
