Judgement

Dear Advocates,

We have court case where arguments are completed and judement is pending.

We were expecting judgement from more than a month. But the judge did not give his judgement.

Now our lawyer is saying that judgement got pending.

Now my questions are

1. How many months/years can a judge keep judgement pending

2.Will he give the judgement or will that case be re-opened

Thanks in advance for you help

A  Court has to pronounce the judgement as soon as possible after the conclusion of the hearing. The period can be extended but should be within thirty from the date on which the hearing of the case was concluded but, under exceptional and extraordinary circumstances of the case, the Court can fix a future day but not beyond sixty days from the date on which the hearing of the case was concluded.
