there was a land dispute between my mother a d other party.ashok ask my mother to execute power of autorny by which he can help us by file the suit.
ashok took my mother in confidence and make gpa in his favour in registrer office by which he could sell the laknd.
intentionly he wanted to grab our peroperty as my mother is old age nd illitrate woman.
now after 12 years when we sold a piece of land we came to know that land was already sold by ashok using gpa. we were able to sel that land bcz my mother name was stil in owner column. when first buyer rise objection after 12 years or on selling the land to 2nd buyer we found that mutation of first buyer was not entered into subsequent jamabandis.
niether the first buyer pay to us nor gpa holder.even first buyer is not in physical possesion.
now what can happen?
