Hi,
I would like to know how frequently this is done :- A direction from higher court(high court or supreme court), mostly in case of transfer, and hence resulting in stay of lower court.
Are there any cases where lower court has passed the judgement during the stay period? If so, will appeal for this be another seperate case?

Hello as you said thses thing not happen in court even when you have stay order of higher court than how lower court pass that order not impossible .....
