One highly qualified working state governament officer drawing hand some salary and HRA, got intrim order for alternate accomidation in DV case, I am planning for SLP in supreme counrt, can any one help me with relavent HC judgements, can one one suggest me with good grounds that can be put.

I am yet to incorporate some judgements related to Custody cases which I got from OnlyTruth in this collection but for rest of the laws this is all what I have.

wife left husband and asking for separate home

husband not ready for separate home applied divorce on cruelty and paying IM regularly

husband is ready to take her back but wife is not ready to join unless separate residence

any judgment to get divorce on the above case will be helpful
