Judgement links crossed out

Hi, this is regarding a writ petetion we had filed under 47.13-DIRECTION PETITIONS which has been categorized as "Restricted Category Case" on the court website. The status is "Pending". There are about 4 judgement listings available but the judgment links appear as 'XXXXXXX'. They were earlier availble but now seem to have been restricted. What could be the reson for that.

The details given here are very vague hence no idea can be formed about what your question pertains to and to which court or which high court and what is the case about etc. You are not restricted by your advocate from approaching him to clarify the details because he is the person knowing the details of the case as well as the status.

Thanks for taking the time out to reply. 1. This pertains to High Court. 2. The question is simply - why would the judgement links be inaccessible. (pdf attached) 3. The advocate is not responding to my queries and i wanted to find other ways of getting to the various judgements. Pls let me know if more info is needed.

The attached file doesn't reveal anything more than what you have posted, it is also vague. You know the case number and which bench of high court etc. If your advocate is not responding to your phone calls you visit his office and get the issues clarified in person instead of reoeatedly posting vague information here which are devoid of essential details.

I am purposely trying to limit the information i publish publically. My whole point of the post is to know if this type of obsecurity is a normal practice in court cases. The judgement information was easily accessible till 2022 and then one day it was not.

In such circumstances it is better to contact and consult the lawyer engaged / paid by you for proper advise.
