Hi,
My lawyer mentioned that my judgement had been pronounced and the order copy is also ready.However i am currently at abroad.Should i be required to be in person to collect the judgement copy or i can give power of attorney to my father to collect the same or my lawyer can collect it herself.Also should both parties(Petitioner) and Respondent sign and then only the order copy will be released.

You can obtain the judgement/court order copies through concern courts websites now.No need any person to collect it.

Either your father or your advocate or any other advocate can go and apply and get certified copy of the order, in the disposed cases. Your authority is not required.
