Its really good discussion but  at the same time a thought comes if the person who is claiming possession for so many long years can be thrown to footpath if they do not have any other sources or place to live or survive so it should be taken careoff as per the facts and cirumstances of the case.Another point is it is seen that in most of the cases public places and governement land happens to be possessed not private land and if there are some cases it is also seen that litigation already started to cater to the need of the private owners themselves.Let us go to the root cause of this adverse possession that is migration to down town from nearby country areas in search of employment and for some reasons and these people generally are very poor at the time and tend to live any place they find vacant and in course of time they improve the place with their own efforts spending their hard earned money so if then they claim some rights is it to be denied so I think it needs to be considered carefully and a mind storm is needed.
