Jugdes atrocities

If a person is sent for 14 days of judicial custody and the Judge reserve his order on regular bail plea for 14 days,  Is there any clause which binds him to grant the bail?

Is there any legal procedure to file a case against Senior Judge for delaying the regular bail order?

Bail applications are required to be disposed of at the earliest. Reserving the order for 14 days is judicial extremisam.

To approach High court is the only remedy, Do complain through Bar Also to HC.

Reason for pending order as told by some of the learned counsel is over loaded of the court.

Morever other cases heard on later date were been given judgement before our case. Is it justify the reason given above.

Other cases are ABA type and our is regular bail type ,that the only difference

Sometimes it do happen in some Courts. Have you attempted to remind the Court about the Orders pending in the case? May be bundle missing!
