We, the 25 officers want to go in high court against a co operative bank in which we were servicing.We all are residing in Pune. As our advocate resides in Aurangabad,he suggests us to apply for writ petition in the bench of Aurangabad.The branch of the bank is in Aurangabad.My question is whether the question of jurisdiction will arise if we admit our case in aurangaband high court? We live in pune and branch of bank is in Aurangabad.Please answer.
