Revenue stamps will be issued by the government of india. whereas in union territory of pondicherry there are letters printed "pondicherry" across the revenue stamps and the same are in usage at pondicherry. If  A [ from bombay]  executes a pronote infavour of B at pondicherry with the revenue stamp contains no letters of pondicherry. if so the said pronote is valid under law and can B file a suit at pondicherry where the transaction takes place as a point of jurisdiction
