Jurisdiction of cat bench

Sirs, A decision given by CAT Mumbai fought by registered union in mumbai and won by it.Now do all the members of that union can get benefit of it or only those whose names are given as appellant in case.how to use that case for benefit other employees of jurisdiction area of other CATor as per rule is same is applicable or binding for all CAT area in india.what will be the procedure to enforce in other area.please suggest by caughting rules Thankyou
